1. Create Exchange Account in hSphere. 2. Setup: PDA:
- username is the sAMAccount Name as indicated in the Exchange hSphere control panel. - domain is corporate0 - set Sent Items and specific folders to sync
Outlook: - select Tools/Email Accounts/Add A New Email Account/Microsoft Exchange Server - enter the Microsoft Exchange Server as "exchg.corporate.hspheredns.com" - enter your User Name as the Principal Name as indicated in the Exchange hSphere control panel.
3. Update MX and CNAME in hosted domain DNS - name leave blank (unless subdomain) - enter Priority as '10' - enter Data as 'exchg.corporate.hspheredns.com'
4. Turn off mail at hosted domain, ie. Mail Service off
Access Outlook Web Access at http://exchg.corporate.hspheredns.com/exchange/
